By accessing or using Next Piece, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform. The materials contained in this application are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of Next Piece following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Next Piece to create, upload, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You may not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights or violate any applicable laws.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the puzzle designs you create using Next Piece. By using our service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, display, and process your designs solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

Marketplace Content

When you list a design on the marketplace, you grant Next Piece and purchasers the necessary rights to manufacture, distribute, and fulfill orders of physical puzzles based on your design. You also grant Next Piece the right to display your design in the marketplace and use it for promotional purposes.

AI-Generated Content

Images generated using our AI tools are created based on your prompts. You have commercial rights to use these generated images for puzzle creation within our platform. However, the underlying AI models and technology remain the property of their respective owners.

Our Platform

All content on Next Piece (excluding user-generated designs), including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of Next Piece or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Selling Designs

When you list a design for sale, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to do so and that the design does not infringe on any third-party rights. You set your own royalty rate within our platform guidelines.

Payment Processing

All transactions are processed through Stripe. You agree to Stripe's terms of service. Next Piece takes a platform fee (disclosed at the time of listing) to cover hosting, processing, and marketplace operations.

Creator Payouts

Creator earnings are calculated based on purchases of your designs and are paid out according to our payment schedule (typically monthly for balances over $25). You are responsible for any applicable taxes on your earnings.

Refunds & Disputes

Customers may request refunds for defective products or significant discrepancies from the listing. In such cases, we investigate and may issue refunds at our discretion. Excessive refund requests may result in suspension of marketplace privileges.

Service Uptime

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee that Next Piece will be available at all times or that it will be error-free. We may suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

AI Generation Limits

AI image generation is subject to fair use policies and rate limits. We reserve the right to limit the number of generations based on your account status and platform usage.

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, moderate, or remove any content that violates these terms or our community guidelines. AI-generated content is automatically filtered for prohibited content, and repeated violations may result in account suspension.

Manufacturing & Shipping

We work with third-party manufacturers and shipping partners to fulfill orders. While we strive for quality and timely delivery, we are not liable for delays or issues beyond our reasonable control.

Service 'As Is'

Next Piece is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

No Guarantees

We do not guarantee that AI-generated images will meet your expectations, that marketplace listings will result in sales, or that the service will meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Next Piece shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

Maximum Liability

In no event shall Next Piece's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you to Next Piece in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
